enough.

pushed too far, got soaked, froze on the bus. classic.

Pushed to the limit — leg day injury still there

Rain hit — soaked for hours

Cold bus AC straight after

Yesterday I pushed to my limit… now my body can't recover.

Leg day injury still there. Then the rain hit — soaked for hours. Cold bus AC after that.

My body just couldn't handle everything.

🫩 Long story short…
I'm sick.
